Evans Co-op Pumping Water Station
Completed August 2025
Evans Co-op Water Pumping Station Project – Epping NH
HAWSCO was contracted by Edgewater Strategies and CSA Environmental to completely replace the Water Distribution System and Build a complete new Water Pumping Station at the Evans Coop in Epping, NH.
The Distribution System portion consisted of installing roughly 1400 linear feet of new HDPE Water Mains, associated Gate Valves, all Curb Valves and new Service Connections to all existing 19 Units. The entire Coop was loamed and seeded in the affected areas and all roads were paved at the end of the Project.
The Pump House portion consisted of Building a 16’ x 26’ Wood Framed Building with Vinyl Siding, Wood Trusses and a Standing Seam Metal Roof from foundation to finish. The existing 10 HP Well Pump and piping were replaced and a stilling well and well level transducer were installed. Inside of the pump station there are two 2050 Gallon Storage Tanks that are filled by the Well. The Well water is treated by two greensand filters and an arsenic removal filter prior to filling the storage tanks. Two 3 HP 30 GPM Booster Pumps and all SCH 80 PVC Piping and Valves were installed for all water service to the distribution piping outlet connection. The booster pumps and instrumentation are automatically controlled by the RE Prescott Control Panel with user adjustable level, flow and pressure settings and multiple user configurable alarms with time delays and Web Based Portal alarm call out ability. The interior is automatically temperature controlled by a new HVAC System. The old existing Pump House was demolished and removed and the surrounding area was restored at the end of the Project.
This is another example of HAWSCO’s ability to safely deliver a top notch, turn key Project from start to finish on time and on budget.
